Job description
Working across social housing, private rented and owner-occupied homes, you'll manage PAS 2035-compliant retrofit projects from design coordination through installation and handover. You'll work closely with Retrofit Coordinators, Designers, installers and residents to ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to the highest standards.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience delivering domestic retrofit or energy-efficiency projects
- Strong knowledge of PAS 2035 and experience working with PAS 2030-certified installers
- Understanding of low-carbon technologies, building fabric improvements and quality assurance
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
What we offer:
- Salary £40,000-£55,000 DOE (up to £62,500 total package)
