Depending on the contact details you provide, recruiters may contact you directly by email, phone, or post.
Offers and Marketing

Recruiter Contact
If a recruiter contacts you directly, that interaction is between you and the recruiter-OnBoard Jobs is not responsible for it.
Enhanced Candidate Profiles
Subscribing to an enhanced profile does not guarantee you a job. It helps increase your visibility and allows quicker application via email.
We do not store your card details. Payments are one-time only.
The enhanced profile is completely optional-you can still search and apply for jobs for free after creating a CV on the site.

Part 2: Terms for Employers and Recruiters
Using Our Services
By registering via our online form, phone, or email, or by signing a service agreement, you agree to these terms.
You must ensure the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. If not, we may end our agreement with you.
Database Access
We aim to offer a reliable service, but we can't guarantee the accuracy of candidate CVs.
We are not responsible if candidates provide misleading or false information.
Confidentiality and Data Use
Information from candidates must be used only for recruitment and must not be shared with unrelated third parties.
You must follow UK data protection laws, including GDPR, and act as a Data Controller where applicable.
Refunds and Expiry
Services and credits are non-refundable unless required by law.
Any unused credits expire at the end of the agreed term.
Data Protection
Both you and OnBoard Jobs are responsible for handling personal data lawfully.
You must have a lawful basis for sharing personal data with us.
Reseller Policy
Agencies must not resell our services without written permission. Breach of this rule will result in account termination.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Download or extract CVs in bulk.
- Contact candidates for non-job-related reasons.
- Put excessive load on our servers.
- Share your login credentials outside your organisation.
Doing any of the above may result in your account being closed without a refund.
Posting Jobs
Job adverts must:
- Be genuine and located in the stated location (unless clearly a franchise or remote).
- Use accurate titles (no slogans, salaries, or URLs in titles).
- Clearly describe the role, any costs (e.g., training fees), and commission-only details.
- Avoid unlawful discrimination (based on age, sex, disability, etc.).
We may edit or remove adverts that break these rules without refund.
Fair Dealing
You must treat candidates fairly and professionally.
You are responsible for vetting and interviewing candidates appropriately.
Distribution and Networks
Your job ads may be shared across our partner sites. We cannot guarantee placement, prominence, or visibility.
Job Credits and Expiry
Job credits must be used within the agreed term. They don’t carry over.
Security and Passwords
Passwords must be kept secure. If misused, we may terminate your account.
Liability
Other than for negligence or fraud, our liability is limited to £10,000 or the total amount you paid-whichever is greater.
Payments
All services must be paid upfront (unless agreed otherwise).
Late or missed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your account.
VAT applies. We charge 3% interest on overdue amounts.
Discrimination and Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued based on a candidate’s age, gender, ethnicity, or nationality.
Ending the Agreement
Either party may end the agreement:
- At the end of the agreed term.
- Immediately, if the other party breaches the terms and doesn’t fix it within 10 days.
- If either party becomes insolvent or bankrupt.
If we end the agreement due to your breach, all unpaid amounts will become due immediately.
