Ductwork Project Manager - Midlands
Location: Midlands, UK
Employment Type: Permanent or Self-Employed
Salary: Excellent salary / competitive day rate with strong future career prospectsWe are seeking an experienced Ductwork Project Manager to join our team on projects across the Midlands. This role is open to both permanent and self-employed professionals and offers long-term opportunities within a growing mechanical contractor.
Key Requirements:
- All relevant qualifications required to operate as a Project Manager within the construction environment
- Proven, checkable work history delivering ductwork/mechanical projects
- Strong experience managing ductwork installation teams and site management
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation and site compliance
- Demonstrable experience producing and managing RAMs and Method Statements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong organisational and programme management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ductwork projects from pre-start through to completion
- Oversee installation teams ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Prepare, review, and implement RAMs and Method Statements
- Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety performance on site
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and responsive service
