Ductwork Supervisor - Midlands
Location: Midlands, UK
Employment Type: Permanent or Self-Employed
Salary: Excellent salary/package with strong future career prospectsWe are currently seeking an experienced Ductwork Supervisor to join our Clients team on projects across the Midlands. This role is open to both permanent and self-employed candidates and offers long-term stability and progression for the right individual.
Key Requirements:
- All necessary qualifications to operate as an SSSTS-qualified Supervisor
- Proven, checkable work history within the ductwork/mechanical construction sector
- Demonstrable experience supervising and managing ductwork installation teams
- Strong knowledge of health & safety, quality standards, and site procedures
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with site management, subcontractors, and operatives
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and drive installation works to programme
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day ductwork installation activities on site
- Manage labour, productivity, and quality of works
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site standards
- Coordinate with project teams and report progress as required
