Job Title: Ductwork Fitters & Mates (Duct Pairs)
Location: Central London
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Long term / Ongoing work
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour daysRates:
Fitter: £28.00 per hour
Mate: £16.50 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Ductwork Fitter and Mate (Duct Pair) for a long-term commercial project in Central London, involving the installation of galvanised (tin) ductwork. This is an ongoing role, so reliability and the ability to hit the ground running are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install galvanised (tin) ductwork systems to specification
- Read and work from technical drawings
- Maintain safe and tidy working practices
- Work effectively as a team to complete the project on time
Requirements
Fitter:
- Valid Blue CSCS Card
- Own tools
- Full PPE
- Proven experience with rectangular and spiral galvanised ducting
- Ability to lead and work efficiently with a mate
Mate:
- Valid Green CSCS Card
- Basic hand tools (preferred)
- Full PPE
- Previous experience assisting with ductwork (preferred)
