Job description

We are currently looking for 2 Electricians and 2 Electrical Improvers to start on a new-build student accommodation project in Selly Oak, Birmingham.

This is a long-term project with approximately 12 months' work available for reliable operatives.

Project Details

• Location: Selly Oak, Birmingham
• Duration: Approx. 12 months
• Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm
• 50 hours paid per week
• Free street parking available next to site
• New-build student accommodation
• 1st and 2nd fix electrical installation
• General power, lighting, containment and associated installation works

Requirements

• Electricians must hold a valid JIB Gold Card
• Improvers must hold a valid ECS Card
• Previous experience on new-build residential/student accommodation projects
• Own tools and PPE
• Reliable with a good standard of work
