Job description

Job Title: Traffic Marshall / Gate Man
Location: Windsor
Start Date: 1st April 2026
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: £18.00 - £19.00 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction site based in Windsor. This is a long-term opportunity offering up to 10 months of work for a reliable and safety-conscious professional who is confident managing vehicle and pedestrian movements on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely control and direct vehicle movements to and from the construction site
• Ensure the safe movement of pedestrians and site operatives around traffic areas
• Communicate clearly with drivers, site managers, and other site personnel
• Maintain high health and safety standards at all times
• Monitor site access points and ensure authorised entry only
• Assist with general site safety procedures when required

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card with Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman qualification
• Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshall on construction sites
• Strong awareness of health and safety regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and site teams
• Full PPE and tools required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full project duration
