Job description

Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman - Bridgend

· Location - Bridgend

· Start - March 2026, 6 months approx.

· Rate - £17.00 - £17.50 per hour

Pro Staff Construction are currently working with a construction contractor who are looking for an experienced Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman to join the team on site.

The Role:

· Managing site traffic and ensuring safe vehicle movements

· Acting as a Vehicle Banksman to support plant and deliveries

· Assisting with general labouring duties when required

· Maintaining site health & safety standards at all times

Requirements:

· Valid CSCS Card

· Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket

· Previous experience working on construction sites

· Reliable and a safety conscious approach
