Location: London and UK wide Positions
Hours: Full-time, Contract or Permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experienceAbout the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Asset Surveyor with a strong background in surveying Air Handling Systems and HVAC equipment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in accurate site surveying of air movement systems and mechanical plant, ensuring all data collected is detailed, reliable, and compliant with client and industry standards.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and growing team working on a variety of commercial and industrial projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate site surveys of HVAC and air handling systems, including AHUs, fans, ductwork, and related mechanical equipment
- Identify and document asset details, including condition, location, and performance data
- Produce high-quality reports and asset registers based on survey findings
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
- Maintain a professional and safe working approach at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Asset Surveyor within the HVAC / Air Handling sector
- Strong understanding of air movement systems, ventilation, and mechanical plant
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in site surveying and reporting
- Proficient in using survey and data recording tools/software
- Valid CSCS card - essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites
