Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee the delivery of fire sprinkler installation projects in Central London. The role involves managing programmes, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sprinkler installation projects from planning through to completion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and site teams
- Oversee programme, budget, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with relevant fire safety standards and regulations
- Manage procurement, variations, and progress reporting
- Conduct site visits and attend project meetings
- Ensure health & safety requirements are met at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sprinkler or Fire Protection Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of sprinkler systems and UK fire safety standards
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a busy construction environment
- SMSTS and CSCS (preferred)
Contract Details
- 9-month contract
- £400 per day plus reasonable expenses
- Central London-based projects
