- Communicate effectively with clients: explain findings, provide advice, and ensure positive working relationships.
- Escalate complex technical issues to management and assist with preparing quotes for remedial or upgrade works.
- Maintain your van, tools, equipment, and PPE in a safe and professional condition.
- Attend occasional training sessions, safety meetings, or office briefings, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Travel between sites within your region, with occasional overnight stays where required.
- Participate in the emergency call-out rota to support Eversafe's 24/7 service.

- Commitment to safe working practices and compliance.
Desirable:

- Ability to interpret system drawings, valve logic, and network hydraulics.
- LPS 1048 accreditation or other relevant qualifications.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience completing risk assessments and method statements.
- Flexibility to support other fire protection tasks as required.

- Competitive salary (dependent on experience).
- Overtime opportunities.
- Company van, fuel card, tools, and equipment.
- 20+ days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
