Job description
About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced Sprinkler Design Engineer to join our team on an ongoing temp-to-perm basis. This role offers a flexible working arrangement, combining remote design work with periodic site visits to the London Office.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality sprinkler system designs using company-provided software and tablets, as well as attending sites for marking out and surveying duties.
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements
- Design sprinkler systems using industry-standard software
- Conduct site visits for surveying and marking out installations
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and compliant designs
- Work remotely with occasional travel to London
- Ensure all designs meet relevant industry standards and regulations
Certifications & Equipment
- Proven experience as a Sprinkler Design Engineer
- LPCB (Loss Prevention Certification Board) qualifications-essential
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and design standards
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required
