Site Manager -Dry Lining Contractor
Leeds
£50,000 plus car allowance
Are you a Dry Lining Site Manager looking for a fresh challenge?

TSR Recruitment are actively working with a Dry Lining Contractor who are looking to add an additional Site Manager to the site team.

Job Role & Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
- Oversee drywall and ceiling packages on a commercial project
- Manage sub-contractors and direct labour offering technical advice when needed.
- Oversee quality control and upload all relevant information.
- Update / add photos on to the QA system
- Reporting into the Operations Manager regularly update on site progress.
- Attend Site Management meetings and update main contractors.
- Order materials and plant for site
- Carry out toolbox talks and ensure health and safety processes are followed
- Work is working away mainly in the Northeast
Company Details
- Drylining contractor working on a large commercial project such prisons and education
- Work for leading main contractors (tier 1)
- 5 years work secured
Knowledge/Experience:
- A strong technical knowledge on drywall and ceilings.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First aid qualifications
- Preferably a fixer by trade
- Good IT skills, preferably with experience on field view
- A proven track record of delivering similar projects
- Happy to work away from home
