Senior Residential Conveyancer
Location: Wilmslow (Hybrid - 1 day WFH after induction)
Full Time Permanent
Salary: In the region of £40,000 + Bonus

The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion (post-completion outsourced), delivering a high standard of client service throughout.
About You
· Qualified solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or an experienced fee earner with a minimum of 5 years of experience in conveyancing.
· Comprehensive knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and other professionals.
· Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
· Proficient in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
