Job Opportunity: Residential Plumber (New Build Housing)
Location: Lincoln, LN6 7QT
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30, Friday 07:30 - 14:30 (full day's pay)
Duration: Minimum 12 months
Rate: Up to £25 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Residential Plumber to join a major new build housing project in Lincoln (LN6). This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a large-scale development of 55 newly built homes, working on a well-organised site with a stable and long-term pipeline of work.
You'll play a key role in the plumbing installation and finishing phase, working with air source heat pump systems and carrying out 2nd fix plumbing. If you have a solid background in new build housing, take pride in your work, and are ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you.
Scope of Work Includes:
Installation of air source heat pumps
Full 2nd fix plumbing including sanitary ware, radiators, taps, showers, etc.
Working in line with technical drawings and specifications
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site etiquette
Collaborating with site managers and other trades
Requirements:
Valid Blue or Gold CSCS Card
Proven experience working on new build residential housing
Ability to work independently and follow project schedules
Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
