· Working directly with clients, site teams and subcontractors
· Taking each project through to final account
Travel is manageable, with site visits normally required once or twice every fortnight. The remaining time is split between home and the office, including one to two days of home working each week.

· Confidence taking sole commercial responsibility for several live projects
· Good knowledge of variations, subcontractor accounts, cost control and final accounts
