Freelance Quantity Surveyor - Cardiff Location: Cardiff Rate: Negotiable Daily Rate Duration: 12 Months Start: Immediate Pro Staff Construction are recruiting a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support a construction project in Cardiff. The role will include cost management, valuations, subcontractor payments, procurement, commercial reporting, and ensuring the project remains within budget. Experience administering NEC contracts is essential.
