Join Our Team as a National Projects Lead - Electrical & Controls
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with solid experience in controls and project management, ideally across multiple national accounts. If you're a motivated leader from the electrical industry who thrives in a high-paced environment and enjoys taking charge, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the successful end-to-end delivery of multiple national projects.
· Oversee project teams, ensuring high standards of service and communication with Senior Management.
· Prepare accurate project costings and maintain clear financial oversight throughout each project.
· Coordinate with administrative, middle, and senior management teams to ensure smooth reporting and updates.
· Operate confidently against defined targets, handling challenges and conflict resolution within your remit.

· Proven leadership in controls and project management.
· A self-starter with a strong focus on targets and leading by example.
· Excellent communication and planning skills.
· Strong team management abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location
Preferably based in the North West of England, with flexibility for national travel.
