Plasterer - Social Housing (Liverpool)
Location: Liverpool&Wiral UK (Multiple Areas)
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm (12 weeks)
Package: Van & Fuel Card Provided
Rate: £19.50 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)

Our client is one of the fastest-growing housing associations in the Northwest, offering excellent long-term opportunities within their responsive maintenance team. They are now seeking an experienced Plasterer to join their Liverpool team, working across both occupied and void social housing properties.Key Duties
Carry out all aspects of plastering repairs and maintenance
Work on both reactive and planned works across tenanted and void properties
Deliver high-quality finishes while representing the organisation professionally
Engage directly with tenants/customers, providing excellent customer service
Complete works safely and in line with health & safety guidelines
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent qualification (must be able to provide proof)
Experience working within social housing or similar customer-facing maintenance environments
Full UK driving licence
Must be clean shaven for the Face Fit
No more than 6 points on licence; no alcohol/drug-related bans
Strong communication and customer service skills
