Non-Working Supervisor - Ductwork | London (King's Cross)
Location: London - King's Cross
Company: Robert Hurst Ltd (RHL)
Duration: On going
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently looking for an experienced Non-Working Supervisor with a strong background in ductwork installation to oversee a commercial project in King's Cross, London.
• Rate:
Competitive day rate (Negotiable depending on experience)
• Requirements:
• SSSTS certification
• Valid CSCS card (Gold or higher preferred)
• Previous experience supervising ductwork installation teams
• Ability to read drawings and manage installation works
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety protocols
Role Overview:
This is a non-working supervisory role - you will not be installing ductwork yourself but will be responsible for managing a ductwork installation team on-site. Key tasks include:
• Coordinating and supervising duct fitters and mates
• Conducting toolbox talks and maintaining safety on site
• Ensuring installations are completed to specification and on time
• Liaising with contractors, project managers, and site staff
• Keeping daily records and reporting progress
