Job description
RHL are currently seeking an experienced Non-Working Sprinkler Site Supervisor to join our client's team on a project in Northumberland. This is a 4-month contract role with an immediate start available.
The successful candidate will oversee sprinkler installation works on site, managing a small team and acting as the key point of contact for the client.
Key Requirements
· NVQ qualification relevant to the role
· SSSTS (required)
· Gold CSCS Card (preferred)
· Proven and checkable work history within the Fire Protection / Sprinkler sector
· Demonstrable experience supervising sprinkler installation teams
· Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site procedures
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, site management, subcontractors, and operatives
· Ability to coordinate works and ensure delivery in line with the project programme
Responsibilities
· Supervise day-to-day sprinkler installation activities on site
· Manage and coordinate a team of 4 sprinkler fitters
· Act as the main point of contact for the client on site
· Attend DABS meetings with the client and project stakeholders
· Support the Project Manager with site coordination and reporting
· Monitor labour productivity and maintain quality standards
· Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
Additional Information
Work Scope: Managing a team installing sprinkler systems on site
PPE: Standard PPE required including Hi-Vis
