Job description
Site Supervisor (Non-Working) - Mechanical Coordination
We are seeking an experienced Non-Working Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical subcontractors on a busy construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors on-site
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and trades
- Monitor progress and resolve site issues efficiently
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience supervising mechanical works on construction sites
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good understanding of building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- SMSTS/SSSTS required
