Bricklayers - CARDIFF/EBBW VALE/NEWPORT
Pay: £24.00-£28.00 per hour
Job description:
Red Sky Resourcing are looking for several Bricklayers for work across Cardiff, Merthyr and multiple other sites across South Wales
Price work: £525 per 1000 bricks
£15 per square metre - solid
Housing site - All timber frame
Paid Weekly CIS or LTDResponsibilities:
- Laying bricks, blocks, and stone for walls, partitions, and structural frameworks
- Interpreting drawings and plans to carry out accurate brickwork
- Mixing and applying mortar using hand tools and mechanical mixers
- Performing repairs and repointing work where required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area at all times
- Working closely with site supervisors and other trades to ensure deadlines are met
- Complying with health & safety regulations and site-specific requirements
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card (Blue/Skilled Worker preferred)
- Proven experience as a bricklayer in a construction environment
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Own tools and full PPE
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
- Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
