Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per year (negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications)About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning & Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established M&E services company based in Sutton, Surrey.
You'll be part of a small, experienced mobile team covering London, Greater London, and the South of England, providing service, maintenance, and installation support across a variety of commercial building systems.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum Level 2 F-Gas qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- Capable of both service and installation work
- Chiller knowledge is an advantage
- Good computer literacy and customer-facing skills
- Exposure to M&E building services
- Proactive, flexible approach with a desire to develop further technical skills
Key Responsibilities:
Working on a range of commercial systems including:
- Gas-fired boilers
- Oil-fired boilers
- Pumps and pipework systems
- Air handling units
- Manual and actuated valves
- Chillers
- Split A/C systems
- VRV / VRF systems
