Job description
We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing mechanical contractor delivering high-quality new build projects across the South East.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced PM looking to take ownership of exciting projects across residential, care homes and commercial developments, typically valued between £500k-£3m.

🔧 The Role
- Manage mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion.
- Oversee installation, testing and commissioning.
- Manage subcontractors, engineers and supply chain partners.
- Control budgets, resources, programme and quality.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors.
- Chair site meetings and technical reviews.
- Manage project documentation, reporting and commercial processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
👷 About You
You'll ideally have 5+ years' experience managing mechanical services on new build projects, with strong knowledge of:
- Heating, hot & cold water and ventilation
- Heat pumps / renewable technologies
- Mechanical drawings and design
- Building Regulations & CDM
- JCT / Design & Build contracts
SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and NVQ Plumbing & Heating are desirable.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
