Mechanical Project Manager - Building Services
Location: Coventry / Warwickshire / Birmingham
Salary: Up to £65,000 + car / allowance + benefits
Company: Family-run Mechanical Contractor with strong repeat clientsWe're representing a reputable, family-run Mechanical Contractor with a loyal client base and long-term workload across the Midlands.
They're looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to manage a range of projects from design through to handover, typically between £250k and £2m in value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing project delivery, labour, and procurement
- Attending client and progress meetings
- Managing budgets, timescales, and quality standards
- Coordinating with electrical teams for full M&E delivery
Requirements:
- Experience managing HVAC or building services installations
- Good technical knowledge of mechanical systems
- Strong client communication and leadership skills
