    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
    • Procure materials, equipment, and specialist subcontractors as required for projects.
    • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects are completed to the required standards, on time, and within budget.
    • Oversee commissioning and handover of completed projects, ensuring all documentation is in order.
  • Health & Safety and Compliance:
    • Ensure all mechanical works are carried out in strict accordance with relevant health and safety legislation, company policies, and industry best practices.
    • Develop and review risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for all planned works.
    • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, project documentation, and certifications.
    • Stay up-to-date with relevant UK legislation and building regulations pertaining to mechanical systems.
  • Reporting & Communication:
    • Provide regular, clear, and concise reports on contract performance, project status, and financial outcomes to senior management and clients.
    • Maintain accurate records within CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
