Hours: 8-hour days
Rate: Circa £350 per day

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to join our team for a key project under the AMP8 Framework Agreement. This is an excellent opportunity to manage and coordinate mechanical and electrical trades on waste water sites across North Wales, including Kinmel Bay, Holyhead, Porthmadog, and Ganol.
As the M&E Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in waste water site management will be crucial to the successful execution of this project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of M&E trades on waste water infrastructure sites.
- Ensure all site operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Liaise with client representatives, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor progress and report on site activities, addressing any issues promptly.
- Oversee quality control procedures and maintain accurate site documentation.
- Ensure all work adheres to project specifications and contractual requirements.
- Manage site resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience managing M&E trades on waste water sites-waste water experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of AMP8 Framework Agreement projects is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work across multiple locations within North Wales.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Competent in maintaining high safety standards and enforcing compliance on site.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Certifications
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - Essential
- EUSR (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) - Desirable
- Relevant M&E trade qualifications or equivalent experience
PPE & Site Requirements
- Standard Hi-Vis PPE to be worn on site at all times.
- Willingness to comply with all company and client safety policies.
