M&E Facilities Engineer
Location: London & Home Counties
The Opportunity
Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)

Contract: Permanent, Full-timePriory Environmental Services is looking for an experienced M&E Facilities Engineer to join its growing team, working across prestigious high-end residential developments throughout London and the Home Counties.
This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer with a strong mechanical background and experience in building services maintenance.
Key Responsibilities•Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
•Service, maintain and repair HVAC systems, boilers, pumps and gas appliances.
•Fault-find across mechanical and electrical systems.
•Maintain plant rooms and associated building services equipment.
•Complete maintenance reports and compliance documentation.
•Liaise professionally with residents, property managers and clients.
Requirements•Commercial and/or Domestic Gas qualifications.
•F-Gas Category 1.
•NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering.
•Facilities Management or Building Services experience.
•Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
•Full UK driving licence.
•BMS, G3 Unvented, IPAF, PASMA and electrical qualifications are advantageous.
