Job description

We are working with a growing MEP contractor based in Great Wyrley who is looking to appoint an experienced M&E Administrator to support their Project Managers across multiple live projects.

The Role:

  • Provide full administrative support to Project Managers
  • Manage project documentation, O&M files, and reports
  • Raise purchase orders and track materials
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
  • Update project trackers and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting Project Managers
  • Must come from an MEP, Building Services, or Facilities Management background
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and project systems
