Job description
Job Title: Lagger
Location: Exeter University, Exeter
Duration: 2 Weeks
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Pay Rate: Negotiable (dependent on experience and qualifications)Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Lagger for a short-term project based at Exeter University. The primary scope of work involves the installation of 50mm lamella insulation, professionally wrapped with PIB sheeting.
This is a hands-on role requiring a high standard of workmanship, efficiency, and the ability to work long hours on site. You will be part of a small, focused team delivering quality thermal insulation work to tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card: Blue or Gold preferred (Green may be considered for the right candidate)
- Proven experience in installing lamella insulation and PIB sheeting
- Ability to work 12-hour days and complete the project within the scheduled timeframe
- Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Own tools and PPE
Additional Information:
- Accommodation: £60 per night provided for digs
- Travel Allowance: £0.25 per mile
- Immediate start preferred
