The Opportunity
Ready to step off the tools but stay close to the technical side of HVAC?
We're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Engineer to move into a more strategic, coordination-focused role. This is a newly created position where you'll play a key part in supporting engineers, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery across a range of projects.
If you enjoy problem-solving, system design, and being the go-to technical expert-this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing remote technical support and troubleshooting for field engineers
- Assisting with HVAC system design, equipment selection, and heat loss calculations
- Supporting quotes, technical submissions, and project specifications
- Managing equipment orders, suppliers, and deliveries to site
- Leading F-Gas compliance, documentation, and audit readiness
- Producing RAMS, O&M manuals, and commissioning documentation
- Acting as a technical point of contact for clients from enquiry through to completion
- Conducting site surveys and occasional on-site support
What We're Looking For
- Solid background in HVAC (air conditioning & ventilation systems)
- Experience with VRV/VRF, split systems, and ventilation
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple projects
- Comfortable communicating with engineers, suppliers, and clients
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
Essential Requirements
- F-Gas certification and/or relevant NVQ (or equivalent)
- IT literate (Microsoft Office + job management systems)
- Full UK Driving Licence
