Job Title: Groundworks Gang (3-Person Team - 1 x Machine Driver and 2 all round groundworkers)
Location: Bristol and surrounding areas
Job Type: Ongoing Contract
Start Date: Immediate Start. Van collection ASAP
Rate: Negotiable (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Gang for a long-term contract based in Bristol. The ideal team will consist of 3 operatives with a strong background in all aspects of groundwork. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional gang looking for secure, ongoing work with negotiable rates.
Key Responsibilities:
· Excavation and trenching
· Drainage installation
· Foundations and footings
· Slabbing, kerbing, and edgings
· Concrete works
· Site preparation and clearance
· Working from site drawings and levels
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a groundworks gang
· At least one operative with 360 Excavator and Forward Tipping Dumper tickets (CPCS or NPORS)
· Valid CSCS cards for all team members
· Full UK driving licence (at least one operative)
· Own basic hand tools and PPE
· Strong teamwork and communication skills
· Willingness to travel within the Bristol area
