Location: Fareham (must be relatively local)
Salary: Dependent on experience
Travel: Door-to-door travel pay, plus UK & overseas staying-away allowances
Clearance: Must be able to obtain security clearance (no unspent convictions)

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer with strong Commercial, Industrial and Residential experience to join our client's growing team. The successful candidate will install, repair and maintain a wide range of gas, plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems across local, UK-wide and occasional international sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled engineer looking to expand their experience and support exciting projects across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Installation, Repair & Maintenance:
- Install, repair and maintain gas, plumbing and heating systems and components
- Install valves, pipework, fittings, pumps, booster sets and pressurisation sets.
- Install, repair and maintain above-ground soil and waste pipework systems.
- Install, repair and maintain sanitaryware and brassware.
- Install, repair and maintain gas-fired water heaters and associated equipment.
Compliance & Quality:
- Review building plans and specifications to determine plumbing and system layouts.
- Perform scheduled maintenance in line with manufacturer requirements.
- Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance comply with relevant legislation, building codes and codes of practice.
- Ensure all work is correctly sized, aligned, supported and environmentally compliant.
- Apply all required codes of practice consistently and accurately.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in commercial/industrial/residential installations
- Must be local to Fareham or within a reasonable commuting distance.
- Prepared to work locally, nationally and internationally as required.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Must hold a valid UK passport and be able to obtain security clearance (no unspent convictions).
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
