Job description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer. This role involves the Installation works, service, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of a range of systems including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of fire and security systems
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies
- Work collaboratively with other engineers on larger installations or upgrade projects
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and client expectations
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the fire and security industry
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm, intruder, CCTV, and access control systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and professional approach to work and customer interaction
