Job Opportunity: Experienced Plumber Required - West London (W8 5BN)
Location: West London - Kensington area (W8 5BN)
Pay Rate: £27.50 per hour / £220 per day
Duration: Approx. 2 months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30

Are you a skilled and reliable plumber looking for a new opportunity in West London? We're currently recruiting for an experienced 2nd Fix Plumber to work on a new build school project in the Kensington (W8) area. This is a great short-term contract for anyone looking to get stuck into a busy and well-organised site with consistent hours and competitive daily rates.
Your Role Will Include:
Installation of sanitary ware, taps, and pipework
Final fix of sinks, toilets, basins, and water heaters
Working to site drawings and specifications
Collaborating with other trades on site to meet project deadlines
Ensuring a clean and safe work area at all times
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card (Essential)
Full standard PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots, gloves, eye protection)
Standard 2nd Fix Plumbing Tools (e.g., pipe benders, cutters, adjustable spanners, etc.)
Minimum 2-3 years experience in 2nd fix plumbing on construction sites
Additional Information:
No onsite parking available. Local pay-and-display parking available at £4 per hour.
Site is easily accessible by public transport (near Kensington High Street).
Site is managed by an established main contractor with a good reputation.
Good site conditions and clear job scopes - no surprises.
