Job Opportunity: Experienced Lagger (x1 or 2) - Immediate Start
Location: Liverpool & Northwest (Multiple Project Sites)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing - Long-term work for the right candidate
Working Hours: Typically 40+ hours per week
Weekend Work: Available - Paid at overtime rate (TBC)
Rate: Competitive & Negotiable, based on experience
We are currently seeking 1 or 2 skilled Laggers to join our team for ongoing insulation work across multiple sites in the Liverpool and Northwest region. With a strong pipeline of projects, this role offers excellent stability and the opportunity to grow with a reputable and safety-conscious team.
Role Overview:
As a Lagger, you will be involved in a wide range of industrial insulation projects. Work will vary across sites and scopes, so flexibility, reliability, and strong practical skills are essential.
We are especially interested in candidates with experience working with ArmourFlex insulation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of thermal insulation to pipework, ductwork, and other mechanical systems
- Working with a variety of insulation materials, with a focus on ArmourFlex
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting lagging materials with precision and accuracy
- Following health and safety regulations at all times
- Working efficiently as part of a team or independently depending on the project
- Flexibility to travel between sites across the Northwest as required
Requirements:
- Valid Blue or Gold TICA Card - Essential
- Proven experience with ArmourFlex insulation - Essential
- Own tools and PPE
- Ability to work independently and interpret technical drawings/specs
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Full driving licence and own transport preferred (due to site locations)
