Electrical Project Manager - Hemel Hempstead
We're working with a specialist contractor looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team on a data centre project based in Hemel Hempstead.
This role would suit someone with a background delivering projects in critical environments such as data centres, hospitals, or financial institutions. You'll oversee all aspects of project delivery - from planning and installation through to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical installation projects up to £2 million in value
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines and quality targets are met
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain strong communication with clients and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing electrical projects within critical environments (e.g. data centres, hospitals, or banks)
- Hands-on installation experience (essential)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong working relationships
