Electrical Estimator - Birmingham
Up to £65,000 + Package
Sectors: Commercial | Education | ResidentialWe're working in partnership with a well-established M&E contractor based in Birmingham, who are looking to strengthen their pre-construction team with the appointment of an experienced Electrical Estimator. With a healthy pipeline of secured work across the commercial, education, and residential sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to join a respected business known for delivering high-quality building services projects.
The Role:
As Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical packages on both new-build and refurbishment schemes across the Midlands. You'll be involved throughout the tender process, working closely with Directors and Project Managers from initial pricing through to handover.

About You:
· Demonstrable experience as an Electrical Estimator within the building services or M&E sector
· Solid understanding of commercial, education, and residential projects
· Able to confidently read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
· Proficient with estimating software such as Trimble, Amtech, or Estimation
· High level of attention to detail, with strong numeracy and communication skills
· Relevant qualifications or practical background in electrical contracting
