Job description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to lead delivery of commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover. This role will suit a skilled manager with solid commercial contracting experience, ideally with exposure to EV charging infrastructure and electrical installation/refurbishment work across commercial, industrial and public sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multi-site electrical contracts
- Lead project planning, resourcing, programming and client engagement
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Oversee installation, testing, maintenance and commissioning activities
- Drive continuous improvement and effective site delivery
You'll bring:
- Strong electrical contracting background
- Proven experience managing teams and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Commercial awareness and problem solving capability
- A proactive, organised approach to programme delivery
Location: Droitwich base with nationwide project travel as required
