Job description
Job Opportunity: Ductwork Pair (Duct Fitter & Duct Mate)
Location: Telly House, East India Dock, London
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Long-Term
Hours: From 07:30 AM (8 hours/day), Monday to Friday
We are currently seeking an experienced Ductwork Pair-comprising a Duct Fitter and a Duct Mate-for a long-term commercial project based at Telly House, East India Dock, London.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Installation of galvanised ductwork systems in line with project specifications.
- Working efficiently as a team to meet daily targets and maintain site safety standards.
- Reading and interpreting drawings (Duct Fitter).
- Supporting the Duct Fitter with preparation, handling, and basic installation tasks (Duct Mate).
Requirements:
Duct Fitter
- CSCS Blue/Gold Card
- IPAF certification (essential)
- Proven experience with galvanised duct systems
- Ability to work independently from drawings
Duct Mate
- Green CSCS Card
- Experience assisting with duct installations
- Good attitude and willingness to learn and follow instruction
Pay Rates:
- Duct Fitter: £30.00 per hour
- Duct Mate: £16.00 per hour
