Duct Mates & Skilled Labourers Required - Oxford Central

Location: Oxford Central (Near Oxford Train Station)
Start Date: Wednesday, 5th August 2026
Duration: 2-3 Weeks
Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour

Robert Hurst Ltd is currently looking for Duct Mates and Skilled Labourers to join a project in Oxford Central, conveniently located near the train station.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure immediate work on a short-term commercial project with competitive hourly pay.

Job Details

• Start Date: 5th August 2026
• Duration: 2-3 weeks
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 07:30 - 16:00
• Paid Hours: 8 hours per day
• Lunch Break: 30 minutes

Scope of Work

The role will involve:

• Assisting with the strip-out of existing ductwork and associated materials.
• Supporting site operatives and trades where required.
• Loading and removing materials from the work area.
• Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe.
• Following site health and safety procedures at all times.
• Working as part of a reliable and professional team to complete the project on schedule.

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Valid Green CSCS Card
• Full PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis Vest, Safety Boots, Gloves, Glasses, etc.)
• Previous construction or strip-out experience is preferred.
• Good work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work safely in a busy site environment.

Pay

• £17.50 per hour
• Weekly pay available (subject to payroll procedures).
