Job Title: Duct Fitters & Duct Mates (3 Pairs)
Location: Bristol
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Ongoing
Working Hours: 8-hour days
Pay Rates:

• Duct Fitters: £28.00 per hour
• Duct Mates: £16.25 per hour

We are currently seeking 3 pairs of experienced Duct Fitters and Duct Mates for an ongoing project based in Bristol.

Role Overview:

Successful candidates will be carrying out galvanised ductwork installation as part of a professional mechanical team on a commercial site. The role requires strong communication between the fitter and mate, a good understanding of site safety, and the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship to deadline.

Scope of Work:

• Installation of galvanised steel ductwork systems
• Reading and working from technical drawings
• Working at height where required (IPAF essential for Fitters)
• Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Duct Fitters:

• Valid Blue or Gold CSCS Skilled Worker Card
• IPAF license essential
• Proven experience in galvanised ductwork installation
• Ability to work independently and alongside a Duct Mate
• Own tools and PPE

Duct Mates:

• Valid Green CSCS Labourer Card
• Prior experience assisting on ductwork installations
• Good understanding of site operations and safe working practices
• Own PPE
