Job description
Job Advert: Duct Fitter & Mastic Operatives Required - Heathrow - Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting experienced Duct Fitters and Mastic Operatives for a short-term project based at Heathrow Airport.
Location: Heathrow
Start Date: 26.02.2026
Duration: 2 Days +
Working Hours: 07:30 - 16:00 (Weekdays)
Roles & Rates:
Duct Fitter
- Rate: £26.00 per hour
- Requirements: Blue CSCS Card with Duct Installation qualification (must be stated on the back of the card)
- Scope of Work: Installation of galvanised ductwork
Mastic Operative
- Rate: £25.00 per hour
- Requirements: Valid CSCS Card
- Scope of Work:
- Applying mastic
- Using a mastic gun
- Operating a drill
- Using a core screwdriver to loosen bolts
- Installing filters on top of louvers
Requirements for All Operatives:
- Valid CSCS Card (relevant to role)
- Full PPE
- Own tools
- Previous relevant site experience
- Reliability and ability to work to site safety standards
