Duct Fitter & Duct Mate - Sheffield
Location: Sheffield
Start Date: 1 Week+
Duration: Ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:00
Working Day: 8 hours, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch breakWe are currently looking for experienced Duct Fitters and Duct Mates to join an ongoing project in Sheffield, with work available for reliable and suitably qualified candidates.
Rates of Pay
- Duct Fitter: £28.00 per hour
- Duct Mate: £16.90 per hour
Scope of Work
The role will involve the installation of galvanized ductwork on a busy site. Candidates must be experienced, safety-conscious and comfortable working at significant heights, including up to 20 metres.
Duct Fitter Requirements
- Valid Blue Duct Installation CSCS Card
- Proven experience as a Duct Fitter
- Experience installing galvanized ductwork
- Comfortable working at heights of up to 20m
- Full PPE and own tools
- IPAF certification required/preferred where applicable
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
Duct Mate Requirements
- Valid Green CSCS Card
- Previous experience assisting with ductwork installation
- Full PPE
- IPAF certification required/preferred where applicable
- Comfortable working at height
- Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
Site Requirements
All successful candidates must be prepared to undergo Drugs & Alcohol Testing on site and comply fully with site health and safety procedures.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 07:30-16:00
8-hour working days with a 30-minute lunch break.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Duct Fitters and Duct Mates looking for ongoing work in Sheffield, with competitive hourly rates and a start available within approximately one week.
