Job description
Job Title: Duct Fitter & Duct Mate (1 Pair)
Location: Yeovil
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Ongoing
Hours: 8-hour days (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rates:
- Duct Fitter: £28.00 per hour
- Duct Mate: £16.25 per hour
We are currently seeking an experienced Duct Fitter and Duct Mate (working as a pair) to join a long-term project based in Yeovil.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable and skilled team to secure ongoing work on a well-organised site, carrying out galvanised ductwork installations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Installation of galvanised ductwork to a high standard
- Reading and interpreting drawings and plans
- Working efficiently as a team to meet deadlines
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site regulations
Requirements:
Duct Fitter:
- Valid Blue or Gold CSCS Card
- IPAF (essential)
- Proven experience in galvanised ductwork installation
- Own tools and PPE
Duct Mate:
- Valid Green CSCS Card
- Previous experience assisting with ductwork installations
- Good understanding of site safety practices
- Own basic tools and PPE
