Job description

Job Title: Ductwork Fitter & Mate (Duct Pair)
Location: Oxford
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days

Rates:

Fitter: £30.00 per hour

Mate: £16.25 per hour

Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Ductwork Fitter and Mate (Duct Pair) for a 12-month commercial project in Oxford.The role involves the installation of galvanised (tin) ductwork. This is a long-term position, ideal for a reliable and consistent team able to deliver quality work from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install galvanised (tin) ductwork systems to specification
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Maintain safe and tidy working practices
• Work effectively as a team to meet project deadlines

Requirements

Fitter:

• Valid Blue CSCS Card
• IPAF (preferred)
• Own tools
• Full PPE
• Experience with rectangular and spiral ductwork
• Ability to lead and work efficiently with a mate

Mate:

• Valid Green CSCS Card
• Basic hand tools (preferred)
• Full PPE
• Previous experience assisting with ductwork (preferred)
