Job Title: Ductwork Fitter & Mate (Duct Pair)
Location: Isleworth / Twickenham
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour daysRates:
Fitter: £28.50 per hour
Mate: £16.25 per hourJob Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Ductwork Fitter and Mate (Duct Pair) for a 3-month contract in the Isleworth/Twickenham area. The work involves the installation of galvanised (tin) ductwork on a commercial project. This is a short-term role with no extension, so candidates must be reliable and able to start immediately.Key Responsibilities:
- Install galvanised (tin) ductwork systems to specification
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Maintain safe and tidy working practices
- Work effectively as a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements
Fitter:
- Valid Blue CSCS Card
- IPAF (preferred)
- Own tools
- Full PPE
- Experience with rectangular and spiral ductwork
- Ability to lead and work efficiently with a mate
Mate:
- Valid Green CSCS Card
- Basic hand tools (preferred)
- Full PPE
- Previous experience assisting with ductwork (preferred)
