Duration: Ongoing - Long-Term Work
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10-hour daysRates:
Fitter: £26.50 per hour
Mate: £16.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Ductwork Fitter and Mate (Duct Pair) for an ongoing, long-term commercial project in Havant, Hampshire. The role involves the installation of galvanised (tin) ductwork and is ideal for a reliable, consistent team capable of delivering high-quality work from the outset.Key Responsibilities:
- Install galvanised (tin) ductwork systems to specification
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
- Work effectively as a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements
Fitter:
- Valid Blue CSCS Card
- IPAF (preferred)
- Own tools
- Full PPE
- Experience with both rectangular and spiral ductwork
- Ability to lead and work efficiently with a mate
Mate:
- Valid Green CSCS Card
- Basic hand tools (preferred)
- Full PPEPrevious experience assisting with ductwork (preferred)
