Job Title: Duct Fitters and Mates (x3 Pairs)

Duration: On going work
Hours: 8-hour shifts
We are currently seeking one experienced Duct Fitting Pair (Duct Fitter & Mate) for On going work for a project in central London, Starting ASAP
Role Overview
As a Duct Fitter and Mate team, you will be responsible for the installation and assembly of ductwork systems across a large industrial site. The work will involve both new installations and modifications to existing systems.
Key duties include:
- Installation of rectangular and circular ductwork systems
- Supporting the fabrication, cutting, and assembly of duct sections
- Installing supports, brackets, and hangers in line with drawings and specifications
- Assisting with the fitting of grilles, dampers, and diffusers
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with site standards
This is a site-based role, ideal for experienced ductwork teams who can work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Requirements
- CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card (for Fitters)
- CSCS Labourer/Green Card (for Mates)
- Proven experience in ductwork installation within industrial or commercial environments
- Ability to read and interpret ducting and mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of ductwork assembly methods and safe site practices
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
PPE
- Standard site PPE required at all times: Hi-Vis clothing, safety boots, hard hat, gloves, and eye protection
